The Database Administrator role is an on-site position based in Monaco, responsible for configuring and maintaining our database to ensure high availability, performance, and security. You will work with our consultants to understand the business needs for data and create, maintain, and monitor a secure and highly performant database. You are passionate about research and data and understand that good data and a well-designed and maintained database are critical to any business.
Day-to-day responsibilities include
- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the database.
- Develop and implement database management processes, and provide training and support to the internal team as needed.
- Input and maintain data relating to contacts, companies, assignments, and other relevant activities.
- Collect and analyse market data to identify potential markets, trends, and factors influencing product demand.
- Collaborate with consultants to enhance client reporting and conduct analysis as required.
- Research and monitor the competitive landscape across the technology sectors in which we operate.
- Translate competitive intelligence and market insights into relevant programmes and opportunities within the database to support business development.
