Role Description

We are looking for a recruiter to support our team with sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of high-level sales and leadership roles. You will be conducting extensive research to identify top-tier talent, creating strategies to attract qualified candidates, working with the team to ensure a smooth recruitment process, and partnering with the hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn to identify suitable candidates for active roles
Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles to assess candidate fit against job descriptions
Qualify candidates based on experience, skill set, and relevance to role
Maintain structured and accurate tracking of research
Engage with potential candidates via messaging and/or introductory calls
Collaborate closely with the internal team and clients to refine search strategy and candidate pipelines

• Proficiency in talent research, sourcing techniques, and candidate pipeline management
• Experience in talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and managing client relationships
• Strong analytical skills for market research and talent mapping
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of talent trends within the technology sector is an advantage
